Modified Format

What is Modified?

Modified is a Pokémon DCI format that allows:

-Team Rocket
-Gym Heroes
-Gym Challenge
-Neo Genesis (Except Sneasel)
-Neo Discovery
-Southern Islands
-All Black Star Promos (except Ancient Mew and Birthday Pikachu)

Additionally, Basic Energy (Fighting, Fire, Grass, Lightning, Psychic, and Water) from any set may be used.

Modified starts on September 1st, 2001. It will be the WCSTS QT format. It does not replace standard, it is just another option.
