TM: Hyper Beam (Trainer) Attach TM: Hyper Beam to a Pokémon that doesn't have a Pokémon tool attached to it. The Pokémon who has TM: Hyper Beam attached to it now knows the following attack (so long as this card remains attached):
Hyper Beam: 20 Damage. If the defending Pokémon has any energy cards attached to it, choose 1 of them and discard it. TM: Hyper Beam may only be attached to Stage 2 Pokémon. Behind The Scenes: Originally, this card could only be attached to Pokémon who don't evolve (as per the game). Problem is, that would be nearly impossible to enforce, espoecially with the new G/S Pokémon. As for the image, it was created using nothing but basic image tools, filters, and masks (though it was by no means simple). Card: A-2
