TM: Psychic (Trainer)![]() Attach TM: Psychic to a Pokémon that doesn't have a Pokémon tool attached to it. The Pokémon who has TM: Psychic attached to it now knows the following attack (so long as this card remains attached):
Psychic: 20 Damage TM: Psychic may only be attached to Psychic Pokémon, Colorless Pokémon, and Pokémon with attacks that require Psychic energy. Behind The Scenes: A short time after I heard about the Pokémon Tool concept (in fact, possibly before, I'm not sure), I thought, "Hey, how about using this as a vehicle for adding moves to Pokémon?" Of course, you'll notice that this attack is less powerful version of Steve's Mewtwo's Psychic. This (along with the attachment requirement) is to prevent the card from becoming so horribly broken it can't be used. Pokéwatch Card Rulings: As you probably can guess, many complex rulings govern this card's use: 1. The damage done by this attack is of the type of the Pokémon using it. 2. No, if this hadn't been a Psychic move, Mew couldn't use it. I've made a special Mew card for that purpose. 3. Yes, Ditto copies these attacks. 4. Similarly, Ditto's ability to have such cards attached is dependent on its current state. 5. It may be disabled by, well, disable. 6. Sabrina's Alakazam is allowed to copy its move from another Psychic Pokémon. 7. If a Pokémon changes in a way that an attached TM card could not be attached to it, the card remains attached. For example, if you attached TM: Psychic to Eevee, then evolved it into Dark Vaporeon, the card would remain attached. This process also works in reverse. Card: A-1
