This power stops working if Mewtwo's Steve is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed. Pokémon Power: Damage Upload: If Mewtwo's Steve is your active Pokémon, you may place 1 damage counter for each (P) energy attached to Mewtwo's Steve. You can't place more than 5 damage counters per usage. Using this power ends your turn. This power can't be used if Mewtwo's Steve is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed. Behind The Scenes: Well, this card is a special card, much like Dark Raichu. It is also the only card I know of with two Pokémon Powers. Its second power is useful against Metal Energy, Dark Pokémon, Colorless Pokémon, and Baby Pokémon. Card: 101/100 Pokéwatch Card Ruling: Mewtwo's Steve takes 20 damage from NEO Genesis Pichu.
